Perhaps you mean:

(4,17)
(6,12)
(8,9)
(11,4)
(13,3)

Seriously, you MUST go to enough effort so that what you are writing is easily decipherable.  It would also help if you would show any work at all.  How have you approached this problem?  What have you succeeded in doing?  What obstacles have you encountered?
