OpenStudy (juicstice):

if you know the formula to the parallelogram and triangle then just find them and add the areas together. If you need more of a explanation or more detail just ask

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i tried doing that. i even opened it in paint and i took 10 minutes to try and figure it out. all i got out of it was that the right triangle is 80 i NEED your help. there is one part i am really confused at. may i show you

i dont know whether i am suppose to multiply by which base. 14 or 20

OpenStudy (juicstice):

okay so a parallelogram is like a rectangle with the sides. you are about to slap yourself because it is right in front of you haha. the 2 bases are 20 but the bottom base subtracted by the part that is part of the triangle

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol thank you. i think i can solve it from here. would you mind helping me with more?

OpenStudy (juicstice):

you can ask me more

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so 200 would be the correct answer for the first?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

correct?

OpenStudy (anonymous):
