difference between semi-permeable membrane and selectively permeable membrane

@kkii.. Semi-permeable will let some, but not all chemicals through. However, it is a general barrier, meaning that anything that meets the correct qualities to pass. A selectively permeable membrane only let's a very specific molecule or set of molecules through.
