In a three-sided pyramid express the vectors AB and CB (at the base) as a linear combination of the vectors DA = a, DB = b and DC = c. (D is the apex) Prove that AB + CD = AD + CB In the solution it says that AB= -a + b = b-a and CB = -c + b = b - c but I don't understand why. Could someone please explain this to me?
