The correct answer would be A. Synonyms of deprivation would be, 'disadvantaged' or 'lacking of necessities'. In A the teenager lacks a cellphone. In B, the baby is healthy therefore, it is not deprived of anything. In C it would be good to receive mail or food and in D, 'deprivation' doesn't even make any sense. Therefore, it would be A.
