Can someone help me? What makes a polynomial in standard form? Thanks!

geerky42 (geerky42):

To make polynomial in standard form, you would have to take all term to one side, and have them in order. Term with highest degree goes first, second highest degree goes second, and so on.

geerky42 (geerky42):

For example, this is standard form of polynomial: \(5x^7 + 2x^6 - 8x^3 + x - 23 = 0\)

This is clear, yes?
