OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

Write the value of the expression. 3^4/3^4

geerky42 (geerky42):

Numerator and denominator are same, so what does that mean?

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

either 1 or 0?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it's just 1. the numerator and the denominator are the same it's the same as if it was 2/2 it's 1

geerky42 (geerky42):

either? So 2/2 = either 1 or 0, just like 3/3, 4/4, etc?

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

sorry 1

geerky42 (geerky42):

yeah, does that make sense so far?

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

yes

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

What would this one be? 4^7/4^9

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that one you actually have to solve but you can simplify it to 4/4^2 and the answer is 0.0625

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

what would that be in a fraction ^

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1/16

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

geerky42 (geerky42):
