Just out of curiosity, how can one goes from 99 SmartScore to 100? I have seen a lot of users currently stuck at 99, and 100 is rare, lol

OpenStudy (sleepyhead314):

I think the way smartscores work is that they have a certain number of each SS with only one person able to get 100SS when a user participates on openstudy, they increase their smartscore. by increasing their smartscore they displace someone who is not as active It is impossible to defeat satellite73, so the top users are simply stuck at 99SS

mathslover (mathslover):

@sleepyhead314 is right. Moreover, if you just have a look at Satellite73 's smart score and some other users' smart score who are stuck at 99 SS, like ParthKohli , Hero , amistre64 , jim_thompson ,ganeshie8 etc. These users are well above the others having 99 Smart Score but yet they don't have 100 SS. Because, Satellite is awesome! :P

thomaster (thomaster):

It works like a ranking. When others increase, you decrease (but only a little, you won't even notice it). That way, there can only be one number 1 :P

OpenStudy (isaiah.feynman):

I have only seen one openstudier with a 100 SS .

OpenStudy (abhisar):

So this means that someone will only be able to beat satellite is when he wants i.e when he becomes less active ?

OpenStudy (kainui):

He or she becomes less active. @Abhisar
