If an Alka Seltzer tablet is dissolved in more water than usual, would the reaction time be slower, or faster?

For example, in 400 ml, it would take 35 seconds. In 800 ml, would it take more time or less time for the reaction to be finished with?
On one hand, the water would dilute the Alka Seltzer. On the other hand, there are more water particles for the Alka Seltzer particles to grab onto. My thinking made me confused. Help, please!
