The temperature of a chemical reaction ranges between 40°C and 180°C. The temperature is at its lowest point when t = 0, the temperature is 90 degrees and increasing. What is a sine function that would model this reaction? f(x) = 70 sin 12x + 110 f(x) = 110 sin 12x + 70 f(x) = 70 sin pi over 6x + 110 f(x) = 110 sin pi over 6x + 70

i did this same question yesterday

OpenStudy (perl):

the conditions are ambiguous. you say when t = 0

OpenStudy (perl):

do you have a link @sweetburger

OpenStudy (sweetburger):

so your time is your independent

OpenStudy (sweetburger):

sure ill try to find it

OpenStudy (perl):

thanks

are you sure you have the right answer choices @mathfinder2014 if you plug x=0 you never get 90 only 70 or 110
