It is indeed very simple.
just take 68*.85+0*.15=57.8

so just how much do you have to get on the project to get a 60? Also simple.
you search for
68*.85+x*.15=60
solve for x and you'll get x=14.667
so you'll need at least 15 points on the project to pass

make sure this is indeed the grading though, otherwise it might look different. For instance, if there is an entire project CATEGORY than this project is only worth part of the category grade
