A. It is equal for Group A and Group B. B. It is greater for Group B than Group A. C. Its value for group A is double the value for Group B. D. Its value for group B is three times the value for Group A.
do you know how to find the mean
yes
then find the mean for both A and B and then see which answer best fits what your results were
is the answer b?
hold on I'm checking it right now did you get 5.73 for A
yes
and 2.17 for B
yeah
then no it is not b
so its a
because c d or b wouldnt work
yeah I see what you mean, it looks like non of them work it can't be B because group B is not greater then group A it can't be A because they don't equal each other did you type the numbers correctly?
i might of made amistake let me try again
i got 38.38 for A
is that the mean or the overall sum
and 17.93 for B
no its the mean
okay so that is a bit different
i added them up and divided by how many numbers there was
yes that is how you do it
so what would the answer be
something still doesn't add up can you write out the numbers again
A: 1 1.5 8 9.2 6.8 4.5 4.8 2.5 0.76 B: 2 2.5 3.23 1.3 1.8 2.4 3 1.5 1.8
I got 4.34 for A 2.17 for B you just need to separate the numbers with a comma that might help with trying to determine which numbers are a part of which. it's C because 2.17 x 2=4.34
oh ok i get it thank youuu
