Yep. Extreme value means the maximum or minimum. Look for the x-coordinate of the extreme value from the graph and match with one of the choices. I am sure you'll get it.

Ouch! Not all graduations are in 1's. Watch how many graduations make 10, and divide to find the size of one graduation.
