Hi Welcome to openstudy! I believe that this is a Math question and not a physics question :) It is better to post in the MAthematics section so that people can help you immediately. Anyway, to get the slope of the perpendicular line, get the negative reciprocal of the slope of the given line. Then substitute the point you are given to calculate for the y intercept of the required line. :Hope this helps
