no, it's made inside the cell on rough endoplasmic reticulum to witch ribosomes are attached

protein is made out of nucleotide bases meaning CODONs
its not made out of RNA or DNA
OpenStudy (somy):
and mRNA carries these codons out of nucleus and protein synthesis occurs on rough ER as i mention earlier :)
