Help PLZ!!! If a radius of circle A is 5 calculate the area
A picture to help please
To calculate area, the formula is A = pi*r^2
The equation for the area of a circle is A=Πr². If r is 5, then you square 5 to get 25. Your answer is Π25, or 78.25. You wouldn't really use a picture for finding the area of a circle, sorry.
Thanks so much! :)
I agree with @emilycs713
thanks @jtryon and @emilycs713
Can you guys help me with another Q???
Calculate the area of JIM
Sure, close this question and post a new one and tag me
Can you plz help @emilycs713 ???
or @jtryon ???
You didn't give us any information. What are you trying to find?
@babydoll_12, please open a new question
okay ill tag you guys
Sure, the area of a triangle is .5bh, so .5 times the base times the height. Your base is 21. I actually don't know what the height is. As soon as you find it you'll plug it into the equation.
so the answer shud be a num higher than 5*21 which is 105
so my answer should b higher right @emilycs713 ?
I really don't know. It doesn't give you the height, so all I know is A=.5h21, or A=10.5h.
