1. test medication on people without swelling to note side effects 2. test medication on people with swelling to see if swelling reduces - make sure people are wide rarity; asthma, allergies, age, size, gender 3. find patterns in results - older people might need higher dose to have med work better, etc That's all I can thing of, don't know how much of it would help you, good luck

note: you had probably learn the names of the different types of sampling methods, I've never learned them so idk, but you might wanna check what I described and try to match it with one of the sampling methods that you learned before...
