What do you mean "reverse" inequality? Do you mean like: - x > y x < -y You multiply by (-1) so you switch signs.

I think this means when you are solving an inequality and you have to multiply or divide a negative number, the sign gets flipped. So if it was "greater than" and you multiplied a negative number, then the sign is now "less than"
