what are the interaction between atmosphere and geosphere

Well, what do u think consider an example Volcanoes and the rock cycle are examples of interactions between the atmosphere and geosphere. So, what kind of the interactions they do make from above example ?

Some of which i could find are:
1. When the volcanoes erupted, they produce many carbon dioxide and other gases which then will be released into the atmosphere.
2. When rocks form there might be some air bubbles in the rocks because of the air trapped in the rocks while in the process of the formation of the rocks. That is why you see some holes in rocks.

Similarity what examples can you find which interacts as above examples...?
