I would use the positive integers  {0,1,2...}
The reason is that you cannot buy a bracelet with -1 charms.
You can buy a bracelet with no charms  (x=0)  or 1 charm, or 2 charms and so on...
In the real world, there is an upper limit on the number of charms you can add to the bracelet.  If you call that max number M, then you can say the domain is
{0,1,2...,M}
