I have observed that some students have common doubts and questions in Phy / chem /math . why not make a tutorial section. Where people like @vishweshshrimali5 can post the tutorials. And some inactive sections be removed, most are inactive since months @Preetha

People can make tutorials if they want, such as @mathslover has. It's up to the user.

Most inactive sections are the result of a collaboration between OpenStudy and a specific course from a university. There's really no urgent need to remove those. And, every section can be used as a tutorial section

Yes , but how to access them. IF the user has made a tutoral in mathematcs and they want to ask a question in the subject. then they would have to close the tutorial(question) right?

Click on the persons profile, look at questions asked and look for it, but people like @mathslover post the links on their bio :).
