Which one of the following is a good way to deal with frustration
umm, first of all, I kind of need to see what "the following" are, but my way to deal with frustration is to just take a step back from the situation and try to see how I can make it better. If I'm too mad to have that option, slamming a door (one that you won't get in trouble for slamming or break anything by doing so), is a good way. It is a vent for that frustration.
to deal with frustration you should calm down. take your mind off of on what you were doing that was making you mad/sad/frustrated. like you should like go outside and play, watch tv, be on your iPod/iphone/ipad etc, take a nap, watch a movie, talk to your friends, have a squishy ball and squeeze it when you get angry, relax, or eat food. By the way frustration causes pimples.
