Write about a specific historical even and its importance to American citizens. Your paper will answer the question: Why should new American citizens learn about this event?
You need an intro that answers the above question. 2-3 paragraphs of background info put into historical context. 2-3 Paragraphs that draw conclusions about why this event is important for new citizens, need examples. And a concluding paragraph to summarize main points.
I thought the internment camps would be a good subject because it has to be about an event from WW2

Lol whatever will work. No there is no specific year. I just checked again and I misread it the example was the internment during WW2 it just has to be a historical event
