\[-np - 5 \leq 4(c-2)\] Expand the parenthesis of the the right hand side \[-np - 5 \leq 4c-8\] Add five to both sides of the equation \[-np \leq 4c-3\] Divide both sides by p \[-n \leq \frac{4c-3}p\] The last step is to divide both sides by negative one, when dividing an inequality by a negative you have to reverse the direction of inequality \[n \geq -\frac{4c-3}p\]
