What is a parallelogram

OpenStudy (mathmale):

A parallelogram is a geometric figure with FOUR sides. It has two sets of parallel sides, and the two sides that make up each such set are parallel and are exactly identical in terms of length, the angle that they make with the horizontal. To help you along the road towards greater independence, I'd suggest you look up (do Internet searches) terms such as "parallelogram" before you post them on OpenStudy asking for explanations. For example: Google 'parallelogram'. You'll find lots of definitions and examples in the results of this search. Welcome to OpenStudy!
