Step easy here. Note the question is one of those sneaky kind that ask "is not" a result of solving by using the "elimination" method. It then list some options. The first one is not the proper results. Because if you do as requested by @RBauer4 you would get the value value 11x=33, this is the results you would get, so it isn't a "is not" This leaves the 11y = -55, it too is what you would get if you tried to eliminate the x and then solve for y, so it isn't an "is not" So the first one is the one that is a "is not" lol.
