Balance or a control of sameness is?

Hmm... I may say as..Balance is a good thing.  Balance is everyone at the table being able to contribute.  Balance is having to weigh your choices carefully based on the situation because there is no answer that is overwhelmingly right or wrong.  Balance is being forced to consider tactics and specifics.  A balanced system is one where you get equal payoff for equal effort, and any given day anyone might be the star.

Sameness is a bad thing.  Sameness is everyone at the table being interchangable.  Sameness is being able to choose blindly because differences are superficial.  Sameness is having all the choices in the world and none of them mattering a speck.  A system of sameness is one where you get equal results, period, and there are neither losers nor stars....from my point of view, ,,,Ref: Google !
