Is there any site that shows a good break down of Exponents and Radicals (Alg2.2)? What they're showing me on plato is not really clear and I find to be confusing. http://oi58.tinypic.com/2ldx1sg.jpg

the multiplying exponents part with the -2/3. When I think of multiply that, I would have done 3 x -2/3 like here. http://oi62.tinypic.com/308ihc5.jpg
