If you hover your cursor over a post in chat, it should display in the top-right the option "Report."  That should allow you to report the message in chats.
That said it seems the user in question has been dealt with.  :)

Thank you. :) I was really cheesed of with him. He was being completely inappropriate and I wanted to make sure that an adult. There are children on here, and a lot of teens. I didn't want anyone to get the wrong idea that Openstudy is a bad site. :) Again, thank you.
