Well for Poverty it can explained as the state of being extremely poor, or insufficiency, or deprivation, or bankruptcy

for hunger it can a feeling of discomfort or weakness caused by lack of food, coupled with the desire to eat/ starvation.. and yes these are from Google but now when they put these two words in the same sentence I guess you mostly have to relate the meaning

Poverty = being poor
Hunger = starvation
