In an experiment to test a new drug’s effectiveness, one group is given a larger dosage than is typically prescribed, and a second group is given a smaller dosage than is typically prescribed. Then, the results of the groups are compared to each other. What is missing that would improve this scientific design?

If it's not mentioned, then I assume it's missing?

control group reliant variable dependent variable independent variable

First of all, you have to define those terms. control group - One which is not affected by the experiment, which results will be compared to. In this case = Result of people who get typically subscribed drugs. dependent variable - the result = this case, what will happen. independent variable - what will change that will affect the results, this case -> the amount of drugs subscribed. reliant variable - .... can't find the definition. I assume this is what is missing. Are you sure the website spelt it right or is it meant to be "relevant" variable?

Actually, I'm not too sure here sorry.
