can somebody help me with a geometry question???????????

OpenStudy (anonymous):

rishavraj (rishavraj):

x = 32

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you!!!!!! omg god bless

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

I am not the best at geometry, but I am guessing x = 38 degrees rishavraj...how did you get 32

OpenStudy (anonymous):

pellet which one do i put??

rishavraj (rishavraj):

apply the rule that exterior angle is equal to the sum of opposite interior angle

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

Let me tell you what I did...the angle adjacent to 110 = 70. That means the angle we do not have is (180 - (33 + 70) = 77. That means the angle adjacent to that is 180 - 77 = 103. And the last angle of that triangle, the one vertical to x = 180 - (103 + 39) = 38. And vertical angles are equal, so x = 38. That is how I arrived at my answer. So rishavraj...am I totally off on this one

rishavraj (rishavraj):

hey its 38...i didnt note the values correctly...i took both angle 39

oh mkay lol thank you guys for helping me!!!
