@YanaSidlinskiy Since, Dallas and Texas lie in USA. So, it is correct to say that its snowing in USA.

Its like this:

If I represent snowing as shading. Then, when Dallas is shaded, then there is some shading in Texas and USA also. So, when there is snowing in Dallas, there is also snowing in Texas and USA.
