Yeag 1965 is the observation, use below formula to find the zscore :
\(\large \text{zscore} = \dfrac{\text{observation - mean}}{\text{standard deviation}}\)

zscore for 1965 = \(\dfrac{1965 - 2100}{40} = ?\)
