the formula to find distance is d = rt.  That's distance = rate times time.  Fill in what you are given and then solve that for r.  Can you do that?

Ok, they gave you the distance of 255 kilometers and a time of 4 hours.  That would look like this, then$$255=4r$$To solve for r you divide both sides by 4 and get 63.75 kilometers per hour.
