Yes you can, just change your OS password to a 30 character long password written down, then burn the paper. Do the same to your email account. Then throw your computer off a cliff.

@Stormyweather - I understand what you are trying to say. First of all please be nice to others. We're not sure whether the user has posted this to gain attention or not. Let us not blame others without having an evidence/proof regarding this. So, we shall not directly blame any user like this.
