OpenStudy (nincompoop):

http://hotmath.com/hotmath_help/topics/surface-area-of-a-prism.html second example

OpenStudy (anonymous):

here is a drawing

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

Total area = ph + 2B p = perimeter of base h = height of prism B = area of base

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

start by finding the perimeter of base

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The prism is not uniform. So need to find the area of all the faces: Top=10.4X6.2 Base=4.1X6.2 Front and back=2X12.1X10.4 Sides=2X( (6.2+4.1)X12/2)
