A woman draws an ace of hearts from a deck of 52 playing cards. Then she returns the card to the deck. What is the conditional probability that she will draw the ace of hearts again from the same deck? A. 0 B. (1/52)·(1/52) C. 1/26 D. 1/52

OpenStudy (xguardians):

1/52 Since there is one card (ace of hearts) and to draw it is 1/52.

I picked D , and its wrong.

OpenStudy (xguardians):

Is the question the probability or drawing Ace of Hearts the firs time (1/52) and then replacing it and drawing it again * (1/52). The question states that whats the probability of drawing one card, I don't think it implies of doing it twice?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

B

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I agree with Guardians that the answer should be D based on the current wording of the question

thank you guys
