rewrite log2 (17sqrtx)/y as the sum, difference, or multiple of a logarithm

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

For the sum, \(\large\color{midnightblue}{ \rm Log(a\times b)=Log~a+Log~b }\)

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

For the multipe of logarithm, maybe the product?? sqrt is same as to the power of one half. and \(\large\color{midnightblue}{ \rm Log(a^ b)=b~Log~a=Log~a+Log~a+Log~a }\) "b" number of times.
