I don't think they'll intersect. If you're allowed to use an online graphing calculator you can just plug in the equations for both and then see if they intersect. But you'll need an equation of that line. It would probably be easiest to just plot those three points they give you in the table and connect them with a straight line
If you want to double check, you could figure out the equation of the line using the three points. The y intercept of the line has to be -9 (since it's the value of y when x=0, which they give you in the table). The slope is 0.2, because this is the increase in y when x changes by 1. So the slope of the line is y=0.2x-9 (remember the equation is y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept) and when you graph this you'll see they don't intersect
