Other than the American Revolution, what do you think is one of the most important time periods in American History?
Are there choices?
no i just want to seen people's opinion's and why they feel it is important.
Well World War II, Civil War, Cold War, there is also the fight against slavery and the Civil Rights movement.
I think it is the Industrial Revolution, because the United States wouldn't be what it is today with out it.
The Industrial Revolution would be important, but we wouldn't have become the greatest superpower in the world if WWII and the Cold War didn't happen. 9/11 is pretty important as well.
But, if the Industrial Revolution didn't happen, we may very well have never been involved in that, and if we were, I don't think it would turn out as well as it did.
I never said that the Industrial Revolution wasn't important. I'm just giving out extra possibilities.
i understood what you were saying
I hope so. Though I would disagree, the creation of the Constitution would be the most important event in history.
the creation of the constitution was very important
American history at that.
well a majority of things that happened in america effected other countries as well, which may historians believe were early signs of a rising superpower.
America is going to be like Rome, but it may succeed instead of Rome. Here is the only problem, America is too powerful and America has too much pride.
yeah, russia is pretty similar in that aspect
Russia is going to fail.
Putin's mindset is very similar to Adolf Hitler's, thinking he is invincible, and you see how well that mindset did for the his Third Reich.
