Well we can eliminate a because it says x - 1 and the point is -1 so that would mean we need to x +1

its between b and d. i just don't know if it =3 or =9

Correct, And to determine that we need to know the radius which is 3 and you need to square the radius because the left side is squared so based on this what woul dbe the right answer?
