It goes a tad off topic. Notice, that the question just asks what Helen needs to know about the diagonals to make a determination about the shape; as opposed to the sides of the shape. You are correct when you say that the angles of intersection of the diagonals of a rhombus are of 90 degrees.

Helen needs to know if the diagonals are perpendicular. If they are perpendicular, it is a rhombus. All Rhombus are parallelograms.
