This is the same concept a the last one, before i help you i want you to try to write this as an equation.

y = 13.07+ 4.07 x

That is wrong, let me walk you through it. 13.07 would be the final cost overall, therefore it is y. 4.07 should be in place of 13.07 since it is the amount you have to pay to get into the fair. And .50 should be in the place of 4.07 since it is the cost of each ticket (whose amount is x)
