y = 12/7x + 8
y = 8x - 7/12
y = 7/12x - 8
y = 8x + 12/7

It probably would of been better if he answered so he can plug things in and understand, but yes it is the first one. 

And this question i the same exact thing. Plus in the -2 and 8 where they go based on slope and y intercept.
