Well the Y-intercept is at (0,2) The line then continues from there to reach the point (4,5). You can use point slope formula, or you can use \[\frac{ Rise }{ Run }\] so you can count that the slope would be 2 Up, and 5 Over. So your answer would be D: \[\frac{ 2 }{ 5 }\]
