OpenStudy (summerschool):

Which of the following statements is FALSE? A. In order to recognize irony in a story, you must first make predictions. B. Understanding the irony of a story can often help you identify themes. C. Sensory details include the time of day, year, and location of a story. D. Sensory details—where a story takes place and when a story takes place—can contribute to the suspense of a story

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think it's B, it's really the only one that makes sense. If you understand the irony, then you understand how someone comes to realization with something, helping you identify the theme.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oops, sorry. Just saw the false. Wow. Now I think it's D. I don't that the "when" a story takes place in can add suspense. That one just sounds off.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I agree its D

OpenStudy (lena772):

I think it's D too
