I'm not sure what the answer might be but I agree with @lxl-rhea-lxl A could be the answer but I'm not sure..

You have to rearrange the sentence to make it a statement. So change it to "You could help me find my running shoes". Infinitives are verbs with "to" in front, like to run or to sit. There is no infinitive in the sentence, so it's not C or D. A participle is a verb ending in -ing, -en, -ed, and more that functions as an adjective. If it was a noun, it'd be a gerund, so it has to be B because participles only function as an adjective.
