what kind of relationship would a hummingbird and a daffodil have
Mutualism: members of different species exist in the same environment to each other's benefit. Pollination is a form of mutualism called "Service-resource relationship". Hummingbirds are pollinators, and plants, like the daffodil, have tubular flowers that take advantage of the hummingbirds method of sipping nectar. So as the hummingbird takes a drink, they are collecting pollen on their feathers and bills and will carry that pollen to the next flower.
