Have you tried factoring 10x^2 - 13x + 12 yet?
I haven't gotten very far, the middle should contain 5x and 8x, right?

No, don't use mathway, you won't learn anything. So with that said do you know how to factor?
Well if you buy a subscription it would. lol, they say it's free to join but then you do and you can't see the way they get it.
